Townhouse

The second project in this townhouse was the homeowner’s home office.  Here her need for additional storage was satisfied by building a large storage wall around an existing window.  We then searched for pre-owned office furniture for the desk and filing cabinet needs.  Lastly, she wanted a really comfortable place to read as well as a place for a guest to sleep if necessary.  For this we purchased a small leather loveseat by American Leather that folds out into a single bed.  The original carpet was removed and prefinished wood floor and carpet “chair mat” were installed.
